Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Alpejski Zieleniec website (hereinafter: the Service).

The administrator of the personal data contained in the Service is ALPINE GROUP S.C. J. JAROSZEWSKI, G. JAROSZEWSKA, 54-436 WROCŁAW, UL. KOMOROWSKA 35A/8, registered under NIP: 8961537231 (hereinafter: the Administrator).

In order to ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the Administrator operates based on internal procedures and guidelines compliant with applicable legal acts on personal data protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

The Administrator takes particular care to protect the interests of data subjects, ensuring that personal data are:

  • processed lawfully;

  • collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;

  • accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;

  • stored in a form allowing identification of the data subjects no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purposes.

Personal data are processed based on user consent or in cases where applicable law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data.

The Administrator processes personal data voluntarily provided by users of the Service solely for the purpose of:

  • responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form;

  • accepting reservations through the online booking system;

  • providing services offered by the Administrator pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR;

  • marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address, provided the client has consented by checking the appropriate box during the reservation or inquiry submission via the contact form. Consent for marketing purposes and commercial information can be withdrawn by clicking the relevant link in the received message or sending such a request to the Administrator’s email address;

  • pursuing the legitimate interests of the Administrator in special cases based on Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, e.g., debt collection or video monitoring on the premises.

Recipients of personal data may include authorities, institutions, and entities authorized by law, as well as entities providing services to the Administrator (e.g., legal, IT, marketing, accounting services, and other entities involved in the service delivery).

The Administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and offer customization.

Users have the right to access, modify, request deletion, restrict or stop processing of their personal data at any time. Users may also request deletion of their personal data from the Service. The right to data portability does not apply as no standard for data exchange between hotel facilities is established.

Users can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
